Processing and dispatch
Most orders are expected to be dispatched within approximately **7 days** of receiving payment. This is an estimated dispatch timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date. Launches, promotions, public holidays and high-demand periods may require additional time.
When your order has been dispatched, we will send tracking information where available. Delivery time begins after dispatch and depends on the destination, carrier and circumstances outside Sencho’s control.
Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes or local charges on international orders.
If tracking shows a delay, contact us with your order number. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the parcel, product and shipping label and contact us promptly.
