Sencho sells selected products from established brands. Warranty coverage varies by brand, product, country of purchase and stock source. Warranty terms for each product should be confirmed on its product page or supplied with the order.
To request support, email cs@sencho-store.com with your order number or proof of purchase, product name, model number, issue description and photographs or video where useful. Do not repair, modify or dismantle the product before contacting us.
Warranty period: 1 year
Subject to the applicable warranty, the remedy may include repair, replacement, spare parts or another remedy permitted by law. Ordinary wear and tear, cosmetic marks, accidents, carrier damage, misuse, overloading, unauthorised modification and incorrect cleaning may not be covered.
